Our colleagues will bring it all to life, working 24/7 to delight our customers with an incredible online shopping experience.

To make it happen, we’re looking for capable, reliable, motivated people who enjoy working in a vibrant team. Along with your naturally customer-focused approach, our first class training will equip you with all the skills and knowledge you need to do a brilliant job in OFC operations.

We need people to pick the shopping our customers order, to keep the shelves stocked, to unload and distribute deliveries and to get our vans and orders ready to go out on the road. With up to 20,000 orders going out every week it’s a busy, fast-paced place to work. You’ll need to be accurate and efficient with high standards and good attention to detail. You’ll enjoy working supportively in a close-knit team to deliver a top quality service.

Common sense and empathy are key when it comes to making shopping decisions for our customers – choosing and sometimes substituting the right products to meet their needs. You’ll also need a positive, helpful outlook and a drive to put the customer at the heart of everything.

To make it happen, we’re looking for capable, reliable, motivated people who enjoy working in a vibrant team. Along with your professional approach and potential, our first class training will equip you with all the skills and knowledge you need to do a brilliant job in customer service and administration.

We need people to back up our frontline shopping and delivery teams. Our colleagues handle stock returns and circulation, quality control, office administration, customer queries and complaints and despatch records and paperwork. With up to 20,000 orders going out every week it’s a busy, fast-paced place to work. You’ll need to be accurate and efficient with high standards and good attention to detail. You’ll enjoy working supportively in a close-knit team to deliver a top quality service.

Good, confident spoken and written communication skills are a must, because you’ll be dealing directly with customers as well as colleagues in other Sainsbury’s teams to solve problems and make decisions. You’ll be comfortable following processes and using computer technology. You’ll also need a positive, helpful outlook and a drive to put the customer at the heart of everything.

Our colleagues will bring it all to life, working 24/7 to delight our customers with an incredible online shopping experience.

To make it happen, we’re looking for capable, reliable, motivated people who enjoy working in a vibrant team. Along with your personality and talent, our first class training will teach you everything you need to be a brilliant baker.

Fresh food is at the heart of what we offer our customers. With up to 20,000 orders going out every week we’re going to need to bake a lot of bread, pastries and baked goods on site. We make some from scratch and part-bake others. You’ll need to have high standards and work efficiently, with good attention to detail. You’ll enjoy working supportively in a close-knit team to produce top quality baked goods.

You don’t have to have bakery experience, though if you do, it will certainly be useful. You will need to be passionate about tasty, fresh food and have a good appreciation of health and safety standards and best practices.

Drivers

It’s going to be a fantastic place to work. Purpose built on a secure site and kitted out with all the latest technology, the OFC will be the hub for Sainsbury’s grocery deliveries throughout Central London. Our colleagues will bring it all to life, working 24/7 to delight our customers with an incredible online shopping experience.

Our delivery drivers are crucial to our success. For our customers all over London, they’re Sainsbury’s ambassadors. That means they’re personally in charge of delivering the outstanding service experience we promise.

Are you up to the challenge? We’re looking for friendly, customer-focused people who have great spoken communication skills and enjoy dealing with customers directly. And of course you’ll be a confident driver and have a full driving license - with no more than six penalty points.

With up to 20,000 orders going out every week we’ll be running a very busy delivery operation. You’ll need to be efficient and focused, so you can make deliveries on time as well as welcoming new customers and maintaining high standards for existing ones. Back at the OFC, you’ll enjoy working with a close-knit team who will help prepare and load your orders before you leave.

If you already have experience as a delivery driver, that’s useful, but it’s not essential. You’ll certainly need to be reliable and self-motivated. Along with your commitment and personality, our first class training will give you all the knowledge and practice you need to be a brilliant driver and Sainsbury’s representative.
